WHAT IS LIVING MEDITATION?

LM is a simple technique of meditation. It takes you from the peace of concentration, right into the street to solve the problems in your life. You will be able to focus your mind calmly, and think positively, instead of being anxiety-ridden and stressed. Above all, LM is an attitude to life which enables you to enjoy the moment.


DO YOU FEEL STRESSED?

How often do we hear phrases like "I need time for myself," or "I need time to get to know myself"? And what happens when you get that precious time? You walk the dog, take some retail therapy, get the works at a spa, or take a weekend break. These activities may solve the problem at the time, but the minute you return to everyday life, all the old frustrations and anxieties are there. When you ask a friend at work how they feel on the first day back from a holiday, they will probably say, "I feel as though I've never been away!"
